Karl Rove as Jewish scapegoat
For many Democrats, Karl Rove is providing the same function the specter of the "Evil Jew" provides for fanatical Islam. Rather than face their own failures and shortcomings as a culture, they blame their miserable lot on a sinister conspiracy of Jewish bankers and political manipulators.
Many Democrats are similarly uncomfortable confronting their own failures and defeats. They have woven elaborate fairy tales about "stolen" elections and loony conspiracy theories involving Jeff Gannon, and this is supposedly the "Reality Based" community. Their favorite go-to guy, of course, remains Karl Rove. In their world view, Rove is an evil mastermind possessed of supernatural intelligence, outmaneuvering the hapless Democrats at every turn. His demonic powers can be used to explain everything from crop circles to tsunamis. Witness the recent remarks by Congressman Maurice Hinchey (D-NY), in which he blamed Rove for the entire Rathergate/Memogate fiasco.
Come on, let's admit it. This has reached the level of pathology. Glenn Reynolds comments that if Rove really is that smart, the Democrats are doomed. I would go one further: If the Democrats really believe Karl Rove is that smart, they are equally doomed.

In the case of Karl, smart is simply the wrong adjective. IMHO, the real adj. is inimical.
A lovely example of this is the use of homophobic material used in Texas, circa 1994 to give Ann Richards that "final" shove (not that Ann was particulary saintly, just unprepared).
Karl should be looking for a new boy 'bout now....

Although I am a liberal democrat, I have a high respect for the genius of Karl Rove. I only wish he was in the democratic party. In that case Kerry would be president today.

Karl Rove's guidance has resulted in nothing but making a mess out of America.
Americans are hated more around the world now than ever before and are less safe as well. He is the modern day Hitler and deserves life in prison for his crimes against America. Jews in this country have benefited greatly from what America had to offer in terms of freedom and free enterprise, so complaining that he is a scapegoat is absurd. Karl Rove's actions speak volumes about the person that he truly is, jewish or not, he is evil. Karl Rove deserves to be labeled more than a scapegoat; how about a racist, radical, hate-mongering troll with war fever and, now, blood on his hands. There are plenty more in this administration that deserve that title, but Karl Rove deserves it first and foremost. Congratulations Karl, unfortunately history will not look kindly upon you.
