Suit/countersuit?

The news on Drudge today is that Robin Williams is suing an impersonator.

Fair enough, but I'd say this guy has a much better case.

The only quibble I have with Clayton's suit is that he claims to remember when Robin Williams was actually funny. Frankly, I do not find that testimony credible.

Comments

Robin Williams lost me forever with one incredibly smug, witless comment:

"If you remember the sixties, you weren't really there."

Most of you can understand the gist of that without crib notes, no doubt.

What you may not understand is that most of us didn't do drugs during that time. We looked at the ones who did as rather weak, sad individuals as they were oftimes stoned to the point of incoherence and incontinence.

Lest anyone misunderstand, I was a fervent liberal Democrat in those days and supported Gene McCarthy with all my heart.

Somehow, however, the myth that the drug users among our peers were a) the 'smart' set and b) the leaders of us is just crapola.

Sorry for the non sequitor, Barry but I had to say this.

"Somehow, however, the myth that the drug users among our peers were a) the 'smart' set and b) the leaders of us is just crapola."

I won't touch part A, but regarding B, can you name our last two presidents?
