I've gotten some great recipes from Stephen in the past, and this one looks like it might be a keeper! It's leg of lamb in a slow cooker. What's not to like?

It sounds really excellent except that I have a thing about lamb...I wonder if I could do that with chicken?

You know, I'll bet if you used a cut-up whole chicken (oxymoron?) it'd be a lot like coq au vin.

Methinks I gotta get a slow cooker...mmmmmm. I have the mint sauce already...not the gel kind, but the mint in malt vinegar.
