John Kerry's Lollapaloser world tour continues, with Kerry visiting fellow Frenchman Black Jacques Chirac.
Hey, who knows? Maybe he booked the tickets before November and then couldn't get a refund? I've had shit like that happen.

I suspect it has more to do with who he's visiting. France likes to pretend that they are still relevent in the world and they like to pretend that the weapons that they sell to rogue nations will never be used against them. So now they are just pretending that Kerry won the election.
