Roosting "eminent domain" chickens
I've got to say, this stunt has gotten farther than I ever expected it to.
Angered by a Supreme Court ruling that gave local governments more power to seize people's homes for economic development, a group of activists is trying to get one of the court's justices evicted from his own home.The group, led by a California man, wants Justice David Souter's home seized to build an inn called the "Lost Liberty Hotel."
I should add that I find this stunt to be childish, petulant and small-minded... and I hope it succeeds.

it's pretty wild to see judges getting called out like this lately. did this stuff used to happen back in the day?
I signed their petition though.
